Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers in selecting the correct automotive parts
• Inform customers of related parts, manufacturer coupons, and rebates
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and product information
• Review collision and repair shop estimates for accurate parts ordering and pricing
• Pull orders from stock and prepare for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• Notify customers and shops when parts are ready

• Receive payments, process charge sales, and issue credits for returns
• Maintain clean workstations and participate in training programs
