Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass dealership sales targets.
  • Welcome customers, identify their vehicle preferences regarding make, type, and quality.
  • Showcase the features and operate vehicles during demonstrations in the showroom or on test drives.
  • Recommend additional accessories or packages to enhance the purchase.
  • Calculate and provide price quotes, including taxes, trade-in values, and discounts.
  • Handle all necessary sales documentation, such as sales slips and contracts.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration processes.
  • Investigate vehicle model availability and optional features.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores above company standards.
  • Keep work area tidy, organized, and safe.
  • Participate in mandatory training programs.
  • Accurately log work hours in the company’s timekeeping system.
  • Adhere to company safeguards, policies, procedures, and all relevant safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Field of Study/Work Experience:
  • Background in automotive sales or related field.
Work Experience:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
