Mills Automotive Group is in search of a Sales Manager to bolster our growing sales team. We are looking for an energetic, employee-focused manager with a demonstrated history of success. The position requires working closely with senior management and sales associates to achieve the company’s business goals.

Auto Sales Manager Jobs | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with our employees and customers to cultivate relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish a rapport with customers to build a network.
• Oversee the new vehicle inventory, including the placement of orders and coordination of dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team and aid in finalizing deals. Assist in overseeing all facets of the sales department.
• Handle desk deals, monitor gross logs, and manage RDR cars.

Auto Sales Manager Jobs | REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
