Accounting Clerk – Sewell Ford, Odessa, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accurate accounts receivable and payable records.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of outstanding receivables and payables.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payments and fund applications.
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely vendor payments and customer fund collections per terms.
• Provide additional support for company operations as needed.
• Uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in accounts receivable/payable or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Must provide all required government I-9 documentation.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
