This is not an entry-level role — professional automotive refinishing experience is required. As an experienced refinish technician North Texas, two stage tri stage paint specialist Texas, or clearcoat and blend panel painter Rhome, you’ll perform precise color matching, apply single-stage, metallic, two-stage, and tri-stage finishes, and complete high-quality blend and clearcoat work on a variety of collision-repaired vehicles.

We’re looking for a reliable family-owned collision shop painter or metallic and single stage finish painter who takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency. • Proven professional auto body painting experience
• Expertise in two-stage and tri-stage paint applications
• Strong color-matching and surface-correction skills
• Experience with refinish mixing systems and estimating software
• Ability to create smooth, seamless blend panels
• Skilled masking and application of stripes and graphics
• Experience spraying metallic and single-stage finishes
• Ability to deliver clean, flawless clearcoat finishes
• Paint-manufacturer training and certification
• Basic computer skills for paint systems and related software
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
