Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns on Stellantis vehicles
• Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and management
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify additional service needs when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders and completed work
• Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs and diagnose issues
• Stay current on factory training, service bulletins, and emerging vehicle technologies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Properly care for dealership tools, equipment, and customer vehicles

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Stellantis/CDJR certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own tools required
