Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the front desk or cashier counter with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Process customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards) and issue accurate receipts.
• Handle cash refunds or credit memorandums for returned merchandise.
• Operate and reconcile the cash register daily, ensuring accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries about services, maintenance, or repairs, referring them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Resolve customer complaints with integrity, escalating to the right team member when needed.
• Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms, noting any missing documents.
• Close open invoices and assist with telephone coverage for the service and parts departments.
• Provide clerical support, including secretarial tasks, to the parts and service teams.
• Stay updated on products, services, features, and pricing changes in collaboration with department managers.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support dealership operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
• Must provide all required government I-9 documentation.
• Combination of education, experience, and training considered.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays.
