Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the front desk or cashier counter with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Process customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards, and issue accurate receipts.
• Provide cash refunds or credit memorandums for returned merchandise.
• Operate and reconcile the cash register daily.
• Address customer inquiries about services, maintenance, or repairs, referring them to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity, escalating to the right individual for resolution.
• Maintain and file repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms, noting any missing documents.
• Close out all open invoices efficiently.
• Provide telephone support for the service and parts departments.
• Offer clerical and administrative assistance to the parts and service teams.
• Stay updated on products, services, features, and pricing, collaborating with department managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to uphold dealership standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on accountability and teamwork.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays, 7:30am-6:00pm
