Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases and introduce complementary products to enhance their ownership experience.
• Greet customers and guide them smoothly from the sales process to the finance phase during their vehicle purchase.
• Foster strong relationships with both customers and team members through direct engagement.
• Identify customer financing needs and payment solutions through a thorough, consultative approach.
• Offer customers a clear, transparent pricing menu outlining their financing options and available products.
• Execute finance transactions with full adherence to all state and federal regulations.
• Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Build trust with customers to generate a network of referrals.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products to confidently assist customers.
• Manage all administrative tasks promptly and in line with company policies.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to cultivate long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable professional experience.
• Familiarity with dealership finance and insurance processes is a plus.
• Maintains a polished, professional appearance and exceptional communication abilities.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication, negotiation, and delivering presentations.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• Proficient with technology and eager to leverage it in daily tasks.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record required.
• Must be 18 years or older to meet company driving policy requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
