Compensation Structure:

  • Base hourly pay starting at $16.90
  • Uncapped commission based on closed sales volume
  • Performance-based production bonus with no upper limit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and verify all financing and insurance documents for new and pre-owned vehicle sales
  • Present finance options, extended warranties, and service contracts clearly and transparently to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources and lenders
  • Ensure timely funding and act as the final quality control point in the deal process
  • Maintain or exceed monthly per-vehicle retail finance averages and high CSI scores
  • Safeguard customer information and comply with all federal, state, and company regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to structure and close deals efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales or finance experience (Honda experience a plus)
  • Proven track record in automotive F&I with strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in CDK or similar Dealer Management System
  • Excellent communication, ethics, and customer service standards
  • Valid driver’s license, state sales license, and Notary Public (or ability to obtain)
  • Must obtain AFIP certification within management’s established timeframe
