Your Core Focus Areas:
- Drive profitability across every department through daily metric reviews, process tweaks, and bold leadership
- Develop and hit monthly/annual forecasts with a clear strategic roadmap
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier managers and staff

What You Bring:

- 3–5+ years of dealership management experience (multi-line or high-volume preferred)
- Deep understanding of retail, service, and commercial operations

- Strong grasp of inventory management, computer systems, and phone-based customer interactions
- Professional presence, rock-solid work ethic, and ambition to lead in a fast-paced environment
