As General Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales operation: hiring, coaching, and leading a high-performing team while executing DGDG’s proven processes to maximize volume, CSI, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, motivate, and evaluate sales staff to build a championship-level team
  • Coach reps on guest-focused selling techniques and product expertise
  • Run daily/weekly training sessions for Online and Product Specialists
  • Monitor and improve CSI metrics by identifying and addressing improvement areas
  • Enforce consistent follow-up using DGDG tools to convert every lead
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales forecasts and dealership goals
  • Mentor new and veteran reps on best practices for peak performance

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (Finance background a plus)
  • Proven record of building teams, delivering strong CSI, and exceeding targets
  • Expertise in used vehicle management preferred
  • Strong grasp of technology-driven sales processes
