Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire sales, finance, and related teams to exceed volume, gross profit, and CSI targets
• Develop and execute strategies for daily operations, forecasting, and continuous performance improvement
• Monitor KPIs closely, meeting regularly with managers to review results, address issues, and align on goals
• Foster strong manufacturer and lender relationships while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Oversee training, hiring, and team development to sustain a positive, high-energy culture
• Handle escalated customer concerns promptly to protect relationships and reputation
• Participate in financial reviews and monthly operating plan meetings to drive profitability

Qualifications:

• Proven General Manager or high-volume General Sales Manager experience required
• Demonstrated success hitting and surpassing aggressive sales/profit goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Consistent high CSI performance history
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and competitive drive
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record
