About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, guiding a talented team to exceed expectations in our Fort Mill dealership. Working closely with upper management and sales associates, you’ll foster a culture of excellence, build strong customer relationships, and ensure our inventory of premium vehicles meets the demands of discerning buyers.   • Drive Efficiency: Manage the sales desk, track gross logs, RDR cars, and internet leads to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Ensure Excellence: Implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with dealership standards.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging technology (e.g., CRM systems, MS Outlook) to elevate the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED (minimum); advanced education or certifications a plus.
  • Experience: Prior automotive sales management experience preferred, with a track record of leading teams to success.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, customer service, and leadership abilities; proficient in inventory control and tech-savvy (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM systems).
  • Attributes: Professional, driven, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Credentials: Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
