Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead payroll processing with precision, ensuring timely and compliant execution
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in partnership with leadership
  • Work closely with department managers to collect and verify financial/operational data
  • Track and complete administrative tasks, following up diligently to meet deadlines
  • Manage office workflows, staff schedules, and interdepartmental communications
  • Support audits, record-keeping, and adherence to company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven background as an Office Manager, financial administrator, or similar role with emphasis on payroll and reporting
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); payroll/financial software experience preferred
  • Discreet handling of confidential information
  • Automotive or accounting industry experience a plus
