Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily accounting tasks, bank reconciliations, cash management, and month-end closing procedures
  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely, accurate processing and full compliance
  • Coordinate accurate deal postings, incentive tracking, and receivables across departments
  • Maintain strong internal controls, dealership policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as onsite HR liaison, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee support
  • Deliver precise financial reporting and support overall dealership efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive dealership accounting, office management, or related experience
  • Solid understanding of dealership financial workflows and reconciliations
  • CDK software experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
