Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts and accessories with a friendly, professional approach.
• Promote companion parts, specials, and the full product line to enhance customer experience.
• Handle phone inquiries, providing accurate price quotes and detailed information.
• Retrieve and fulfill parts orders from stock efficiently and accurately.
• Record lost sales in the inventory control system to maintain accurate records.
• Process special orders, providing necessary details to the inventory control clerk for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain an organized special-order parts inventory and notify service advisors and customers upon receipt.
• Manage and update customer backorder files, verifying will-call and back-order files weekly.
• Return unclaimed items to vendors or stock as needed.
• Participate in perpetual inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date parts catalogs, price schedules, and technical bulletins.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and free of debris by organizing loose stock.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management, upholding professional discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Must provide all required government I-9 documentation.
• Combination of education, experience, and training considered.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with some required Saturdays.
