Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts and accessories with professionalism and efficiency.
• Inform customers about companion parts, specials, and the full range of available products.
• Answer phone inquiries, providing accurate price quotes and detailed information.
• Retrieve and fill parts orders from stock promptly.
• Record lost sales in the inventory control system to maintain accurate records.
• Document and price parts on counter tickets accurately.
• Coordinate special orders by providing necessary details to the inventory control clerk.
• Maintain an organized, clean special-order parts inventory.
• Track and update records for special-order parts, notifying service advisors and customers upon receipt.
• Manage and verify customer backorder and will-call files weekly, returning or stocking unclaimed items.
• Participate in perpetual inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date parts catalogs, price schedules, and technical bulletins.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and free of debris by organizing loose stock.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support department goals.
• Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with some required Saturdays.
