Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts with friendly, efficient, professional service
  • Recommend companion parts, specials, and accessories to maximize sales and customer value
  • Answer phone inquiries, provide accurate price quotes, and handle order requests promptly
  • Pull stock orders, tag parts correctly, and deliver to the shop on time
  • Track special orders, back-orders, and will-call items; follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Verify estimates for correct parts and pricing, process payments, credits, and returns
  • Maintain organized inventory, replenish stock daily, and manage shop tool checkouts
  • Record repair orders, invoices, and estimates accurately for smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred; automotive parts knowledge a plus (training provided)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; able to pass background/drug screen
