Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the parts department to align with dealership goals and manufacturer standards.
• Oversee inventory management using dealership and OEM systems to maintain optimal stock levels and high-demand parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies for parts ordering, returns, and warranty processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor the parts team to deliver top-tier service and maintain deep product knowledge.
• Partner with the Service Manager to fulfill repair orders efficiently and on time.
• Track and analyze KPIs, including gross profit, sales volume, fill rates, obsolescence, and inventory turnover.
• Build and maintain strong wholesale accounts through responsive, dependable service.
• Work with manufacturer representatives to enhance department performance and adopt new programs.
• Create monthly forecasts and budgets to support dealership profitability objectives.
• Develop merchandising strategies to boost accessory sales and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in a dealership parts department.
• Proficiency with manufacturer parts systems, logistics, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of manufacturer-specific training or Parts Manager BMW Certification Program.
• Familiarity with OEM service and wholesale programs.
• Experience in merchandising accessory and lifestyle products.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment:

• Based in a dealership facility and parts warehouse.
• Regular interaction with technicians, wholesale clients, and retail customers.
