About the Role

As the Parts Manager at Mills Auto Group in Raleigh, you’ll be the driving force behind our parts department, overseeing purchasing, inventory, sales, and profitability. Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in an automotive parts management role, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and customer service abilities; proficient in inventory management, Microsoft Office, and inventory software.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive parts, industry trends, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Availability: Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
