Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy in order details and quantities.
• Deliver parts orders promptly to customers and team members, meeting daily schedules.
• Process and fulfill “will call” and parts orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records for receiving and shipping activities.
• Organize and break down shipments for stocking in designated warehouse areas.
• Support inventory organization by placing stock in proper locations and maintaining bins and equipment.
• Manage returned parts, ensuring proper storage in a dedicated area.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions, with clear aisles and labeled storage.
• Uphold professional discretion in all interactions with customers, team members, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Must provide all required government I-9 documentation.
• Combination of education, experience, and training considered.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with various shift options available.
