Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of orders and quantities.
• Deliver parts orders to customers and team members promptly each day.
• Fulfill “will call” and pick parts orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records for receiving and shipping activities.
• Organize and break out shipments for seamless stocking processes.
• Assist in arranging and placing stock in designated warehouse areas.
• Support maintenance of bins, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Oversee returned parts, maintaining a dedicated storage area for returns.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions, ensuring clear aisles and walkways.
• Uphold professional conduct and clear communication with team members and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Reflect Sewell’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, various shifts between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.
