Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications.
• Ensure precise food prep to meet high-quality standards and presentation requirements.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering visually appealing and delicious dishes.
• Demonstrate safe knife handling and adhere to kitchen safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with washing dishes and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for food and beverage items.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC certification is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for food preparation and teamwork.

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday, various shifts available between 6:00 AM–9:00 PM.
