Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiries to final delivery.
  • Build engaging relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicle inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain and update daily inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost market share and meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly sales plans.
  • Achieve dealership standards for Customer Service Index, gross profit, and monthly unit sales.
  • Stay informed on Buick, GMC, and Cadillac products, market trends, and certifications.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
