Key Responsibilities:

• Desk and structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent, positive customer experience
• Work closely with sales consultants throughout the deal process to close sales efficiently and professionally
• Oversee lot management, including merchandising, vehicle placement, and frontline readiness
• Manage vehicle reconditioning to get used inventory retail-ready quickly and cost-effectively
• Coordinate and oversee detail operations to maintain high presentation standards
• Maintain strong inventory management, including stocking, aging control, and turn-rate optimization
• Train, coach, and develop salespeople on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement
• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and hold the team accountable to daily and monthly objectives
• Collaborate with the Owner and other department leaders to improve overall dealership performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive management experience
• Strong desking, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Inventory and reconditioning experience strongly preferred

• Pay range of $90,000 to $125,000 per year based on experience and performance
