Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead the sales team to meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
  • Partner with the General Sales Manager to optimize staffing levels, recruit top talent, and ensure high-quality hires.
  • Foster a positive, high-morale workplace with low turnover, supporting employee growth and recognizing exceptional performance.
  • Conduct ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth, boost profitability, and align with market trends and competitor insights.
  • Ensure a premium Mercedes-Benz brand experience across all customer touchpoints, including online platforms and finance interactions.
  • Create unique client experiences through exclusive events, partnerships, and personalized services.
  • Oversee customer relationship management to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a luxurious, welcoming dealership environment that reflects Mercedes-Benz standards.
  • Enforce adherence to sales processes and protocols to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Leverage CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and streamline sales operations.
  • Manage new and used vehicle inventory, optimizing turnover, days’ supply, and stocking levels for profitability.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of luxury automotive dealership management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in automotive sales management, ideally with luxury brands.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-end clientele.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the Mercedes-Benz brand’s prestige.
  • Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
