RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with employees and customers to foster relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish a strong customer network by building rapport.
• Oversee the inventory of new vehicles, including the placement of orders and coordination of dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team, aiding in deal closures.
• Assist in overseeing all facets of the sales department, including desking deals, tracking gross logs, and managing RDR cars.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Preferred qualifications include prior managerial experience in automotive sales.
• The candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, an understanding of inventory control, and strong computer and phone skills, including proficiency in Internet, MS Outlook, and CRM.
