Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Craft and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue and profit margins.
  • Create a customer-focused atmosphere where all clients receive outstanding service.
  • Assess and analyze sales performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and take corrective measures.
  • Hire, educate, and integrate new sales personnel to sustain a high-performance team.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Work in tandem with other departments, like finance and marketing, to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Keep abreast of industry movements and market dynamics to inform strategic choices.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in automotive sales, boasting a minimum of [X] years in sales management.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in utilizing DMS (Dealertrack or Reynolds and Reynolds preferred), CRM (VinSolutions preferred), and other sales management tools.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
