Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiries to final delivery.
  • Build engaging, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicle inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Monitor and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost market share and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly sales plans.
  • Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, gross profit, and monthly unit sales.
  • Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and certifications to provide expert guidance.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Must provide all required government I-9 documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • A combination of education, experience, and training considered.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
