Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Present new and pre-owned Honda vehicles, highlighting features, technology, and benefits
• Assist customers in understanding financing options, pricing, and available packages
• Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) at every stage
• Represent the dealership professionally both in-person and over the phone

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience (required)
• California Sales License Required
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive, driven attitude
• Honda sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) is highly preferred
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
