Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers to technicians who are free.
• Discuss repair options with technicians, suggesting cost-effective alternatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service results, involving technicians as needed.
• Educate customers on ways to save on costs and details about warranty coverage.
• Help customers choose between repairing their vehicle or opting for a trade-in.
• Manage the scheduling and operational flow of the service center.
• Update customers on any service updates or when their car is prepared for collection.

Qualifications

• Embody integrity, motivation, and collaboration.
• Capability to understand and adhere to service department procedures.
• Proficiency in learning and operating diagnostic tools and specialized machinery.
• Hold ASE certification (level 2 or higher) or equivalent state technician credentials.
• Practical experience in managing body shop activities for both import and domestic vehicles.
• Familiarity with dealership operational systems.
