Responsibilities

Manage service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take responsibility for the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that help the dealership make a positive impression.

Offer concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to prevent customer mishandling.

Guarantee that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently utilized by service customers.

Allocate work among technicians efficiently.

Respond to technical inquiries about vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.

Keep Customer Satisfaction scores at or above the company’s standards.

Aid in vehicle problem diagnosis, and order necessary parts and tools.

Supervise the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and management of the service department.

Organize schedules and delegate tasks to service department staff.

Uphold company policies and standards and promote adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Sustain a positive relationship with factories and encourage good employee relations.

Work with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions within the service department.
Qualifications
-
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience as a service advisor, exhibit an organized and amiable personality, and have excellent time management skills.

They should demonstrate exceptional communication skills with customers, maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, and have a consistent record of service and sales success.

A strong history of positive customer satisfaction results is essential.

Applicants should be team-oriented, self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and have a clean driving record along with a valid driver’s license.
