  • Organize schedules and delegate tasks to service department staff.
  • Uphold company policies and standards while promoting adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with factories and encourage good employee relations.
  • Work with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department.
