Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quick Lane’s workflow
• Guarantee prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers
• Take responsibility for the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that enable the dealership to make a positive impact on the customer
• Offer concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled properly
• Ensure the daily allocation of technicians’ time is fully utilized by service customers
• Allocate work among technicians efficiently

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a Quick Lane or similar fast-service automotive setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warm, organized personality that fosters positive team and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
• Exceptional time-management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Outstanding communication abilities, engaging customers with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintains a polished, professional appearance at all times.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no violations.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Open to participating in drug testing as part of the hiring process.
