• Provide transparent and thorough explanations of service recommendations, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any additional concerns.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Utilize dealership software systems to schedule appointments, manage service records, and process invoices.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
