As a Service Advisor, you will be the custodian of our customer’s experience in the service lane. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, possessing extensive knowledge of product offerings, inventory requirements, technician scheduling, and customer service. From welcoming vehicle owners at the drive line to detailing the repair process, our Service Advisors are consummate professionals who take pleasure in assisting others. We invite those new to the automotive industry but with experience in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant sector, or hospitality to join us.

  • Manage Drive Lane operations to deliver swift, courteous, and high-quality customer service.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by proactively handling extra tasks to create a memorable dealership experience.
  • Offer personalized concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in-person, ensuring exceptional care.
  • Optimize the daily scheduling of technicians’ time to prioritize service customer needs effectively.
  • Allocate tasks among technicians strategically to maximize efficiency and productivity.
