• Manage service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take responsibility for the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that help the dealership make a positive impression.
• Offer concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to prevent any mishandling of customers.
• Guarantee that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently utilized by service customers.
• Allocate work among technicians efficiently.
• Respond to technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Keep Customer Satisfaction scores at or above the company’s standards.
• Aid in vehicle problem diagnosis and order necessary parts and tools.
• Supervise the administration of warranty claims, as well as the training and supervision of service department staff.
• Organize schedules and delegate tasks to service department personnel.
• Uphold company policies and standards and promote adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
