Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns
• Provide clear explanations and logical repair recommendations with accurate estimates
• Respond to incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently
• Track the progress of each vehicle and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
• Process payments and clearly explain all charges to customers
• Promote current specials and assist with additional dealership tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the Internet
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
