Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Act as a liaison between technicians and customers.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by completing additional tasks, allowing the dealership to make a positive impression.
- Manage the hiring of technicians and service advisors.
- Conduct interviews and oversee new hires.
- Allocate work among technicians.
- Prioritize necessary services.
- Guarantee a positive experience at the dealership for customers.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to prevent any mishandling of customers.
- Invest quality time in building relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ experience in a high-volume service department.
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous.
- The ideal candidates will be customer service index (CSI) oriented, technologically proficient, possess a positive can-do attitude, and have a strong drive for excellence.
