Principle INFINITI of Boerne is seeking an exceptional Service Director to join our rapidly growing dealership.  You are a self-starter, who enjoys solving problems and managing many different projects at once. Who your customers are and how this role delivers

Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You’ll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect.

Requirements

The Service Director will over sea all of our service associate to ensure our customers have the best experience.

Responsibilities of the Service Director Include:

  • Maintain excellent CSI surveys
  • Able to train, coach, and develop associates
  • Exceed the customer’s expectations as to the overall service experience
  • Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
  • Attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent for the store
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
  • Ensuring the Service area is retail-ready with proper displays, point-of-purchase information and visible competitive pricing for maintenance products
  • Managing the business in accordance with dealership and manufacturer requirements and processes
  • Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • History of success in a Service Director position
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid state of residence driver’s license.
  • Required to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent
  • Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
