Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire service department to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional customer service
  • Oversee all vehicle repairs and maintenance including diagnostics, oil changes, tire services, brakes, alignments, suspension, shocks & struts, transmissions, diesel engines, and auto body work
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of skilled technicians and service advisors

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment with strict safety compliance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive service management at a dealership
  • Strong technical knowledge of diagnostics, mechanical systems, and major repairs
  • Hands-on service technician or mechanic background is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in auto estimating software and service management tools
