Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers with service, repair, and clarification of each service required.
- Comprehend customer needs and concerns to align them with appropriate service options.
- Ensure customers are consistently informed and updated throughout the service process.
- Remain informed about new products, features, and accessories through mandatory product training.
- Implement a follow-up system for service customers to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Recruit and manage all service department staff, overseeing their customer service performance.
- Set goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to attract new business.
- Achieve a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by addressing customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a service manager role.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Possession of a high school diploma or higher.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- A motivated individual, keen to enhance skills, and capable of both working autonomously and supporting team efforts.
