Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop operations, scheduling, workflow, and inventory control
• Lead and motivate technicians and service writers to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
• Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across transmissions, brakes, suspension, air brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, tire services, diesel engines, and collision repairs
• Utilize estimating software and computer-aided damage estimating tools for accurate estimates and service writing
• Drive sales through upselling opportunities while maintaining transparency with customers
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, estimates, timelines, and vehicle status
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Handle cash transactions and administrative tasks related to shop operations
