Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and team performance
• Diagnose and repair gas and hybrid vehicles (brakes, suspension, electrical systems, etc.)
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on the entire fleet
• Order parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Lead, train, and support shop staff
• Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to minimize vehicle downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Prior lead or managerial experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced fleet environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license (inspection or ASE certifications a plus)
