Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics using advanced scan tools, electrical schematics, and testing equipment
• Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, shocks & struts, and wheel alignments
• Handle routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, tire service, and fluid services
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
• Work safely with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment while maintaining a clean shop
• Provide clear explanations of repairs to customers and ensure high satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven automotive mechanic experience (dealership or independent shop preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, powertrain, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and technical manuals
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record
• ASE certification preferred (not required)
• Reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent customer service skills
