Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues accurately using scan tools, scopes, and proven test methods
• Perform repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, engines, transmissions, electrical, exhaust, A/C, and major component work (including motor swaps)
• Handle routine services: oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, alignments, and inspections
• Complete jobs cleanly and efficiently per repair order specifications
• Road test vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure top performance
• Keep your bay organized, safe, and compliant with shop standards
• Communicate repair findings and needs clearly to service advisors

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Proven A to B level capability with strong independent diagnostic and mechanical skills
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to pursue)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own basic tools (shop supplies specialty equipment)
• Detail-oriented, team player with solid problem-solving ability
