What You’ll Handle Every Day:
- Pinpoint issues fast using scan tools, scopes, and diagnostic software
- Tackle repairs across the board: engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, A/C, and more
- Knock out routine services: oil/filter changes, tire rotations/balancing, fluid checks, alignments
- Road test vehicles before and after to confirm every fix is solid
- Write clear, accurate notes on repair orders so billing and records stay spot-on
- Keep the service advisors (and customers when needed) in the loop with straightforward explanations
- Maintain a clean, safe bay and follow all EPA/OSHA/hazmat rules
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years hands-on automotive repair experience (or solid equivalent training/combination)
- Your own professional tool set
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with modern diagnostics and shop equipment
- Physically up for lifting 50 lbs., standing long hours, and working in all kinds of weather
- Sharp problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Team player who shows up ready to work and gets along well
