Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more
• Perform scheduled maintenance and service according to manufacturer specifications
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and uphold dealership quality standards
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair manuals
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
