Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process, from greeting customers to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Engage customers by assessing their needs, providing product information, and recommending solutions.
• Promote tire and service offerings, using suggestive selling to meet immediate and complementary needs.
• Maintain a well-stocked, presentable sales area to enhance the customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding Town Fair Tire’s philosophy of putting customers first.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise from shelves, keeping the store organized and clean.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and available options to provide expert guidance.
• Participate in periodic team meetings to align with company goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Professional, well-dressed appearance and a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain a neat and clean work environment through daily housekeeping.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing tasks, paying strong attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
